I leave my final case with this. I really do wish to see this series continue with all my heart but do what you think is right. I personally with my ideas and mind set continue on and if I hit copyright issues, just stop making it and hope that maybe in the future that things change and Nintendo is more excepting of these fan made things. I can't possibly feel these issues since I am not in your shoes TJ but just go with your gut and now that if you do continue, your fans will be with ya. as for me, I'll support you still since your ideas were awesome and just hope that another interesting series will spring up from you.

Thanks for the vote of confidence. It makes me feel better people will like my stuff either way, since I don't see the point of having lots of fans if all they want is WoC. Like I said, the decision to cancel isn't final yet.
Wow people seem to be blowing what I'm saying out of proportion here. It's pretty annoying that I'm not allowed to get a little upset without it becoming a mountain out of a molehill. Can't stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen, etc. Geez, its not even that scathing a post.
The point I'm trying to make is this: If Newgrounds is one of the few sites I'm allowed to post fan flashes, and the demographic on Newgrounds is mostly into parodies and porno, then it benefits me to switch from fan flashes to original work. So that I can also post on many other sites.

Give me a break. Other than the fact that it looks like a normal gardevoir, I don't see any added sexuality to the gardevoir. I enjoy your artwork and creativity, and I do hope you continue with your WoC storyline. I can see why Nintendo is being anal about their stuff lately, especially with China and all, but all of your flashes are very creative and inspiring.

For some reason, flashes have stopped working properly on yahoo web hosting and no one knows why.
TJ, please don't drop the WoC series. It is a unique take on the Pokemon franchise, so I don't see how in the HELL Nintendo would remove something like this (other than how you phrased it).

Seems more people are critiquing the author than his work. Sure he has a reputation of bashing everything (even in this very thread), but his World of Chaos series is definitely quality and the biggest reason I follow him. I've heavily reviewed his newer episodes (It's still on my most recent), and love how the series has grown.
I hope you'll consider continuing, you seem to be going the role of WHOOKOS, who became extremely popular thanks to his Zelda: Unknown Origins series, but later ended the series abruptly for similar reasons as yourself-- he wanted to be known for his original things, not his Zelda fanseries. He would several years later continue the series as a test of his potential for animation (remaking the series from episode 1) while still doing his original content as well.
Why not try that? He's definitely struggling financially (even losing his site), but it's a passion he couldn't abandon.
Maybe take a break from your work and catch some air?
Honestly. Im here For the story of WoC and I would love if you finished it. I'm sure others wouldn't mind the artwork and if worse comes to worse. you could finish it with sprites. It's never a good idea to leave a story unfinished.
You could also make a story with its own original characters. Your story writing Is great and you develop your characters properly. You have your cliches but those can be overlooked. while thinking of a story you could practice your animation skills if you think it's necessary.

As for Nintendo. I'm sure they will get the broken glass out of there vaj at some point. Once they realize they are pissing on the franchises grave.
As for the morons on newgrounds. They are everywhere. Just ignore them. Sadly, they are takeing over this site and a lot of others.
Personally, iv'e seen a lot of flashes being flamed for boring stories aswell, and the story of your series is awesome and i couldn't care less for the animation, you should really work on WoC, there have already been two of my favorite series on newgrouds that were cancelled and i dont think anybody wants to see this one get cancelled too, and right now nintendo really hasn't done anything else so far, so you might aswell try, its an amazing series and all your fans love it, there are alot of people who look for those crappy imature series but there are also alot who look for those series with good story in them, and seriously? your WoC has been pretty popular and well received to far, and there are other flash sites out there, if anything you just need to post them there and tell us about them here if it becomes that big of a problem. Anyways im a huge fan of your series and hope that you continue WoC no matter what happens.
Its a bummer to hear about the Pokemon WoC series. Its been a while since I've enjoyed a sprite flash. But I still think you should continue the series as a sprite animation.
What I can say is that, you should do what you want to do and achieve with it your goals, I really hope that you continue the series of WoC, nice plot and I couldn't careless about the animation because it's a great story, yeah, it's a little to difficult to make, but I know you can do it, and an Idea, you should keep the interactive battles in sprites, but the rest in animation...if you hadn't thought about yet.

If you ask me I enjoyed your PWoC simply because of story. As many other guys who posted here i really wouldn't care too much about the way you made it. Even the worst animations can't cover great deep and dark story you made about pokemon world (I've seen a couple of dark themed pokemon stories and yours is still at my top 3 list). So if you find good motivation keep up with it ^^ I will enjoy that for sure.

You will (probably) only get bad (false) copyright claimers otherwise from Game Freak, as Nintendo is seeming to start PROMOTING at least Let's Plays; possibly others. Just leave plenty of space in Youtube so Nintendo can insert advertising. :D
Really? I could have sworn I read that Nintendo dropped the story mode from Smash Bros. U because they felt the let's play videos were spoiling the story for gamers anyway and therefore there was no need for one. (Although personally I think that was just an excuse they were using to justify half-assing the game).
