Meh. Animation was good, but the story and message really held no water for me. I don't see this as a representation of society like others have said. And the fact that the oppressed people are all dark skinned and mostly unattractive while the successful elites are all similar looking white automatons is quite frankly insulting to me. Plus I think a huge chunk of the score comes from the sexuality that is prevalent throughout.

Now that I think about it, there's no way this would have worked if I hadn't fixed it for you. Most of the objects on your timeline were movieclips and they would have gone out of sync when you paused for the text boxes. You still haven't figured out the difference between a graphic and a movieclip.
Anyway, I was impressed by the 3D scene of Mavericks room. I think the credits last too long, and then they froze for some reason. Try just doing a 30 second clip of the song or something instead of trying to use it all. That will also help reduce your file size. I'm interested to see Chaos in action.

Punisher33 responds:

of course. i agree with that. i probably would have had errors the works. that's the reality of it. this thing has been going up and down all day today. chaos will be well worth it when he is finally. that's why the ones that were graphics i left as graphics and the ones i changed the movie clips where the ones with texts on it. because look at the clip i leaked i learned a huge lession from that.

Ha! You could make a full length feature film on how shitty the ME3 ending was. But I like the way this flash touches a bit more on how Emo-y Shepard got towards the end of the game. I was thinking, "What the hell? This isn't how my Shepard is supposed to act!" Maybe at that point, Bioware was just sick of the game and sick of their fans.

PostTimeskipSam responds:

Yeah, it felt like ME3 was forcing you the player to feel certain emotions and make emotional connections for example with that kid. WHY THE KID!!?! ANYWAYS! Thanks for the review. :D

I see your imitating the Bucth Hartman style of animation, more specifically the show Danny Phantom (the school was even the same design). Comparing the two, this plot was extremely boring and predictable.

JaceC responds:

Thank you for reviewing. Will try to improve.

Not bad. I especially think the x-ray beam was well done. The only problem I saw was that Ridley's sprite was shaky and his tail moved apart from his body. And why was Samus all white? Or was it a fan character?

Hey, let's play an alphabet word game to describe this flash. I'll start with 'A'. Abysmal, Bad, Cruddy, Dumb, Erroneous, Fallacious, Godawful... Well you get the idea. There's really no point to this flash. You didn't put much effort into imitating the actual game's appearance. I guess you named Charmeleon "Fire" because you couldn't fit his name into the text box with that font size.
Alright, well to make this better, make it actually look like the game and make it longer. You said you love pokemon so you must have played it.

Someone should tell Link he needs to sound confident and use his big boy voice when trying to inspire his kingdom in the wake of it's destruction.

I think that little bit at the end where you actually showed what happened was unnecessary. Leaving people to figure out the joke for themselves would have been better in my opinion.

BoobMarley responds:

I know what you mean. That's what I thought originally too so when I first submitted it there was nothing after the credits. A lot of people said they didn't quite get it though and therefore rated it a 0. Didn't feel that was fair, so spelled it out for the viewership after the credits in this version.

Well, I still don't like the over-the-top personalities of the characters, but I thoroughly enjoyed this episode none the less. I'm glad you actually finished the whole plot of the episode without having a 'to be continued'. The only problem I saw was that a good deal of the captions were missing.

If the frame rate wasn't so low, then it wouldn't be so bad. It was hilarious how Luigi murdered all the toads he came across for no reason. They should make a Mario game where you can do that.

AgentTer responds:

Your wish may come true, i'm not that interested in flash animation anymore but i am currently into game design and programming. I'm currently making a mario fan game so who knows, chances are high that i'll probably have certain points in the game where you can 'kill' toad.. or you'll be able to at least piss him off by jumping on him or throwing him off cliffs or something. I'm not up to that point in production of the game yet but i'll probably include it somehow in the future of the project.
